Overview
Background
"WE Bubble" is an initiative created by the WE community during COVID-19 (Women Experience Israel). The concept is to take online courses together (a bubble). The aim is to provide professional content, meet new women, get to know them and practice together.
The community offered me the chance to participate in this project's 'UX bubble' pilot round, and it was a very inspiring experience.
In this bubble exercise, I've created an online web application to assist the participants and moderators in organizing and managing information, data, resources, and communications.
My Role
UX/UI Design

Challenge
Helping the participants and moderators of the bubbles to access all the information, exercises, and resources in an accessible and fast way
and at the same time help them manage the optimizing their time around the bubble activity.
Project goals
Learning environment
Create a smooth and straightforward user experience that will make the study experience welcoming and friendly for the participants and moderators
Time management & efficiency
Creating a system that will allow participants and moderators to manage their learning process and time easier, to ensure they will reach the finish line
Flexibility & customization
Creating an easy-to-access system that will allow moderators to control and direct the knowledge, resources, and exercises to the participants in an easy and modular way that will suit any bubble structure or learning process
User research
Since this was a new initiative, I needed to understand the problems and needs of both participants and moderators.
‍The process included three key stages:
1. An online survey for the bubble participants to collect the data from their side
2. Zoom interviews with the bubbles moderators to understand their needs and aspirations from this potential platform
3. Getting feedback and additional ideas from existing participants by sharing the process and results in the UX bubble
